Training

Yes...Inlogik is a provider of premium spend management software tools, however, that's not all we provide. One of our key strengths is our commitment to enduring client relationships and ongoing post sales support and training.

Our years of experience with a diverse portfolio of clients has taught us about the importance of flexibility in all areas of our business, including training.

To suit the needs of our client base, once a given client has started using our software and has begun to accumulate transactions, hence ensuring the availability of real world data, Inlogik offers them a selection of training options. Below we have listed a few of the most requested kind. Please note that we are able to cater our training methods to suit the needs of individual businesses.

Classroom Style Training

Many clients choose to either have Inlogik conduct classroom style training onsite at their premises or visit the Inlogik offices to have one of our consultants deliver training. 

Train-the-Trainer

This options involves each client selecting a single 'Master User' who is then trained to use our software by one of our consultants. The 'Master User' is then provided all the relevant training materials and tools to on-train other users.

Online Help

For users wishing to self-learn, electronic manuals and help information is available online as a part of our ProMaster software tool.

Re-Training

Periodically, software updates and new software versions create a need for existing clients to have users re-trained. Inlogik is happy to organise re-training on a per needs basis.
